Hello MCHS Class of 1979!
We are planning an unofficial get together this summer and hope that you can participate. At our 30-year Reunion in 2009, our class voted on having a Reunion every five years, and we look forward to our 35-year Reunion in 2014. However, since most of us are turning the big 5-0 in 2011, we thought that it would be great fun to assemble everyone to celebrate with an informal Summer Blow-Out 50th Birthday Party.
On Saturday, August 6, we will gather at Gillum’s Sports Lounge in Richmond (830 Eastern Bypass) at 6:00 pm. There is no charge for the event; we just need to know in advance if you are coming. Please respond via the 50th B-day - RSVP page.
We plan on having birthday cake, balloons, etc., and we'd be delighted for as many of our classmates as possible to join in for a casual evening of merrymaking and catching up with one another.
Let's celebrate turning 50 together! Please share this message and get the word out to all of our classmates.
